Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct applies to all functional departments of WUS Printed Circuit (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (the company) and all employees, managers, senior executives, and strategic partners of the company.



Anti-Corruption and Reporting Policy

The company respects and rewards whistleblowers and encourages reporting violations, such as corruption or bribery, by company personnel. Although anonymous reporting is discouraged, all reports are kept confidential, and whistleblowers are protected from retaliation.

Ethical Workplace Guidelines

This comprehensive labor compliance and ethical workplace checklist covers key aspects of worker protection, including fair wages, safe working conditions, non-discrimination, and freedom from forced or child labor. It also addresses overtime pay, health examinations for youth workers, pregnancy protections, and the right for employees to form social groups, ensuring overall workplace fairness.

Social Protections

Provide basic insurance and social welfare. Ensure all employees receive essential benefits such as health insurance, pensions, and other forms of social protection.

WUS Printed Circuit (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is committed to preventing the use of conflict minerals - tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold - from conflict zones in its supply chain.

Conflict Minerals

The company ensures these minerals do not contribute to conflicts, human rights abuses, or environmental harm, complying with the Conflict Minerals Act and following OECD guidelines. WUS requires suppliers to ensure transparency, traceability, and reporting using the RMI Conflict Minerals Reporting Template.

Our Approach

WUS sources only from verified smelters and refiners, fully supporting legislation aimed at reducing violence in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Suppliers failing to meet these standards will not be considered for future business, as the company is dedicated to maintaining ethical practices and full legal compliance.

Sustainability​ Compliance

WUS Printed Circuit (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is dedicated to sustainability by balancing economic activities with environmental protection. We focus on reducing pollutants like water, gas, and solid waste, as well as minimizing energy consumption and carbon emissions.

CSR Sustainability

Our sustainability efforts include a waste water treatment system that processes 3,000 tons per day, removing over 90% of pollutants. We also have systems to reduce waste liquid, sludge, solid waste, and hazardous emissions, while energy-saving technologies like efficient motors and thermal recycling are widely applied.
